These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gearoenix VPN - Ultra Proxy mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Gearoenix Ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. The Service
Gearoenix VPN provides an encrypted VPN connection through our servers. The Service is offered as a free, ad-supported tier and an optional paid Premium subscription. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Free service & rewarded ads
On the free tier you earn connection time by watching rewarded video ads; new devices may start with additional free time. Earned time has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. We may change the amount of time granted per ad or per device at any time.
4. Premium subscription & billing
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and is purchased and billed through your Google Play account.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region; we may change prices, with notice as required by Google Play.
- Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy; we do not separately process Play purchases.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe others' rights (including copyright);
- send spam, run network scans/attacks, or otherwise abuse the network;
- use peer-to-peer / BitTorrent traffic on the free tier (not supported, to keep the service fast for everyone);
- resell, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the Service's limits, metering, or anti-abuse protections.
We enforce these limits with protocol-level filtering at our servers and may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Privacy
We run a no-traffic-logs VPN. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, of any particular speed, or that it will allow access to any specific website or content. A VPN is not a guarantee of anonymity or security.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gearoenix Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you other rights.
